The main revolutionary feature of Attritor Mill Organic Pro consists in the use, in special chamber-jars, of attritors and grinding media that move at high speed, initiating physical and chemical processes on the treated material.

The chemical-physical change obtained on the processed material significantly accelerates the treatment times of organic waste, speeding up the biostabilization process.

In fact, the application of mechanical forces combined with organic waste results in a drastic reduction of moisture, over 40%, with a consequent decrease in weight and volume. At the same time, the process eliminates bacterial colonies and the proteins that serve as their nourishment, improving overall efficiency. This results in an optimization of the plant's energy consumption, a significant reduction in operating costs and a lowering of disposal costs.

Attritor Mill Organic Pro is designed for applications such as composting, in mechanical biological treatment (MBT) plants, for biogas production, and the refining of waste into usable products.
